I was just browsing through IMDB.com and I realized there's a few movies coming out that I want to see. I posted one trailer on Twitter and then went back and realized there was more and I might as well share them all on here than send out a bunch of tweets.

For the past hour I have been working on finding out how to feed my Youtube subscriptions into my Google Reader... I did it. This is a huge help because I don't like to always go to my Youtube to see what new videos have been loaded by the channels I have subscribed to but I do check my Google Reader every day.
Youtube Subscriptions in my Google reader
So here's how you do it...
You take this link "http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/users/youtube/uploads" and replace "youtube" (the bold one) with the name of the channel that you have a subscription to. After you have pasted that link with the correct channel name into your url bar hit enter and it should bring you to a page that looks like this...If you have placed the correct channel name into the url then you can go ahead and click subscribe now. After you have subscribe you do this to however many you want and then what I did was placed all of my youtube subscriptions into a folder inside of my reader called Youtube. If there are any questions feel free to comment.

Some lyrics to start
Bathory- By Kingdom
i know that each day you tell yourself, "this is how it's supposed to be"
and each day you wonder how much longer you can believe
you feel the wrong.
you lie to carry on.
i lost my faith
staring into the eyes (a promise made)
of those condemned to die (to those we've betrayed)
LOSE YOUR FAITH
in this grand illusion of entitlement to life
our "need" is a mask for our greed
and it's not fucking right
we are executioners that parade ourselves as kings
death as life
we are a society of bathories
in a moment i was forever changed
when i made an oath that no life
would be taken in my name
our claims of natural
reveal themselves as criminal
so i comitt to compassion
will you answer to this call for action?
lose your faith
you feel the wrong
lose your faith
you lie to carry on
Now for the list

School is Killing me
Sorry folk, i've been so busy with school lately i haven't had the time to get anything posted. I'm going to try to catch up a little right now. For my first post I want to talk about this awesome thing I found for twitter this afternoon. I found it while Stumbling, it's called Troy's Twitter Script and it was on a website called Userscripts.org.
Here's what they had to say about it:
Script Summary:
Nested Replies, Custom Search Tabs, Autocomplete, Pagination, RT button, Media Embed, URL Expansion, Hash Tag Search Links, Social Links
Version: 7.7
Cool Things I've found with it so far:
Retweet ButtonA few other things you can see in the screen shot are that you can search right inside your homepage. Also it shows you replies to tweets which is really helpful when you can't think of what some one is replying to because you've had a few posts since the one they are replying to. Somethings that you can't see from the screen shot are once you've searched for something that tag will stay on your side bar until you delete it. Also, if someone posts about a picture of video, you can see it in your timeline. I would definitely say give this a try, i've been using it for a few hours and I love it already.

I've missed my posts the last two days. It's starting to get hectic with school. The two posts i missed were iRecommend and Watch Me Cook, I'll give an extra for both next week. I also missed a Watch Me Read and i'll make up for that one right now.
For activists
Here is one of the petitions that is going on right now...
From now until World Malaria Day, April 25, the UN Foundation's Nothing But Nets campaign is working with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to send 275,000 life-saving nets to protect African refugees from malaria—the #1 killer of refugees in Africa. And we need your help to make it happen.

I couldn't come up with anything to read today so I picked out something to watch that I haven't seen in a while that I thought was worth sharing. It's a documentary done by the history channel about straight edge. If you're edge you've most likely already seen it, if not, check it out...

Good Morning Blogger.com! Yesterday I announced that I would be launching a daily series today and as promised this is the start of it. I call it, Watch Me Read. Pretty much every day I will peruse the internet looking for something for all of you to read or in today's case read and do.
Here's the deal with this morning's Watch Me Read. I woke up and knew I was going to be posting soon so I came straight here. I looked through my Reader and the first thing on the list was a post from David Cross, who I started following after I started watching PhotoshopUserTV. If you haven't checked that out do so now. (Well, not right now, please continue reading first.) I've been watching the show for a few weeks and already it has been a huge help in my work. The give tutorials, have contests, and show off great products that are extremely useful. Like I said, if you haven't seen it yet check it out when you're done with today's reading assignment.

I Know What You're Thinking
If you've been keeping up on my blog I know what you're thinking. Yesterday I just posted an offer to restore a photo for the first person who wanted it because I didn't have a picture of my own to use. Well, I do have one now, but the offer still stands. I'll post what I come up with from this and you can see if it's something you want me to do. I should have it up in the next few days for your viewing pleasure. So, if you want an old photo of your parents or grand parents restored, drop me a line because the offer still stands
